Some suggestions if you are planning on going back to work and pumping!
Hi Ladies -
Hope you are all feeling great!
Just thought I would pass on some things that people had shared with me about pumping at work, etc.
I have the Medela Freestyle - works great and is nice and quick!
Whichever pump you end up getting, get a couple sets of extra parts. It's so much easier than having to constantly keep cleaning the same ones over and over if you need them quick.
These things have been a lifesaver for while I'm at work:
Medela Quick Clean Wipes
Medela Steam Bags
And, as ridiculous as it looks (and I feel wearing it) this thing has been great too...
Hands Free Bustier
At work, I usually pump into the freezer bags during my first session of the day, this way I'm not constantly cleaning bottles at home.
If I think of anything else, I'll try to post it! I had never thought I would actually bf...and now, it's been almost 6 months. It's time consuming, but, once you get the hang of it and get into a groove, it isn't too bad!

I kid you not when I say I had NO CLUE about anything when I started. DH actually went out and bought the pump for me when we got home from the hospital because I didn't think bf'ing was going to work out, so I was going to try pumping. He also brought home the freezer bags, AND the bustier - neither of which I had ever seen or heard of! I thought it was so funny (and cute) that he thought of those things! But I couldn't helping laughing, picturing him at the register by himself...HA!

Great advice on this! I also kept one of those cooler bags to put my stuff in the fridge so you don't have prying eyes looking at your breast milk.

Oh yeah - I bring that every single day...I can't imagine the comments I would hear if I didn't! I think the freestyle came with one...
