Do you go and check out the pregnancy board????
I'll admit I go often....I feel like it prepares me for what I might go through some day soon.

I havent been checking it at all. I somehow feel like it will get my hopes up that i will be there soon, and i am trying to avoid disappointing myself even further....

I completely understand what you mean....right now it doesn't affect me but as the time passes and I'm trying longer...who knows??
I learn a lot from their posts...and even share most of the things I learn with my pregnant friends and family...I'm a weirdo...I KNOW!

I read this board, infertility and pregnancy almost every day. I only post here, but I say a  for all the ladies on infertility each time someone posts that they are about to go through a procedure of any kind (even if it's just testing), and I  whenever someone posts that a procedure didn't work. For the ladies on pregnancy I  for all the new   .

oh i think that you totally should - I just cant go on it right now because i know my hopes are already up so high - and going on would just make them even higher. i dont handle disappointment well so I think it's best for me to stay off that board until i am actually preggo! I hope my other post didnt come off as I was saying no one should because there is definitely a lot of good stuff on that board!

I read this board ALL THE TIME, and we're not even TTCing yet... I'm also guilty of DVRing "A Baby Story" because I have this notion in my head that it will ease my mind when we DO start TTCing...

I read all three boards every day - TTC, Infertility and Pregnancy.
As far as frequenting the pregnancy boards, I sort of see it the same way as joining LIW before I got my ring. I knew I would get it someday, it was just a matter of when. No amount of looking or posting on a message board will change anything.
