Yup, I've used the instead cups. I still haven't gotten pregnant but they definitely help keep everything in. I would keep them in for a few hours after bd. And then take them out.

I tried them too ... right around the time I got to the "I will try ANYTHING to be able to get a BFP on our own" phase of TTC
Since we typically BD'ed before going to sleep, I'd use these things overnight.
I think I bought them on Amazon.

Oh, ok. I thought you meant you used it while TTC. So you used it for its original purpose I guess  Im really curious to know if any of the girls here had any luck with using it for getting pregnant.

I did use it while TTC like I posted above (using it after BD). I was using them before I knew I had a blocked tube.
The cycle that I got my BFP was a medicated IUI with a RE.
