So worried --- UPDATE -----------
woke up this am and Im bleeding there was a little blood on the sheets when I woke up and when I went to the bathroom there was blood coming out like a period. No clots and Im not cramping. Today Im 7 weeks, I have an ultrasound tomorrow.
Ugh what an emotional roller coaster. Please think good thoughts for us...
UPDATE: Saw my RE this a.m. She did the U/S and we saw the heartbeat right away. Then she turned the sound on and we heard it for the first time. What an incredible, amazing sound and moment for us.
Im so glad everything is okay. The bleeding is from the SCH. Im home from work today, she said just keep off my feet. The bleeding has stopped thankfully.

I know how scary it is. I had a lot of bright red bleeding and cramping, and when I went in for my u/s the sac was there and we were good. My m/c had NOTHING to do with, it was the SCH, w hich is common for IVF pregnancies.

I had the same thing with my 1st pregnancy at about the same time - it was a subchorionic hematoma. The baby was fine! No cramping or clots is a good sign. I would call the doctor and see if they can get you in today.

It's so hard to say what it could be, because it could honestly be anything!! I'd just keep your feet up for today, stay well hydrated, and see if you could get in today for a sono just so you don't have to wait!! In many cases, it's fine!

They did tell me two appts ago that I have a subchorianic hematoma .. hope its just that. Thank you .. keep you posted ... SIGH.

I'd still take it easy.. I had a SCH twice and was told to take it easy both times

It sounds like your SCH is breaking down. I had the same type of bleeding with mine when I was pregnant with DD. no cramps at all, bright red blood. Definitely rest up, but I personally think you'll be okay. Good luck!
