Jess, you can make chicken cutlets easy..
I have to admit that I almost never make a whole chicken. I buy parts and cutlets...easier and less fuss.
Chicken cutlets are a breeze. I make them all the time. And trust me, I'm going back to them starting now, no more roasting for me!
