So pizzed at DH!

Ok- so we are def. moving to GA- when and what we are going to buy, we have not decided on!!!!

Well I call him just now to talk about "things" and he tells me he put in for the transfer today!!! Ummm- yea...when was this discussed with me???

If he gets it he has 30 days.... and frankly Im not ready to pick up and leave w/in the month!!!!!!

He says-since we've agreed to def. go GA... he didnt think when he put in for the transfer really matter.....BOY was he wrong!

Grrrrrr.................

ETA- He then tells me- he thinks I should cancel our renewal of vows ceremony in the caribbean (planned for october) because if he gets this job, he wont be able to get off....

Sorry Buddy- I gave up my big wedding....but Im not giving this up too!

Please tell me why some men are so clueless to how a woman feels!

The tears are just because you're moving.

These are for dumb DH moves - since we all have them: Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Wow, that's a lot of major changes he expects...in a short period of time. Men just don't get it sometimes...

I think you guys need a long chat and he needs to "get" it. Sometimes they need a FIRM talking too.

I'd be really angry too, it's not fair to make huge decisions like that without a discussion beyond "Yeah, I really like it here, let's move here at some point."

If he gets the transfer in 30 days, can he go first and then you and RJ follow when you are ready? It's not like you can have a house built that quickly anyway.

Exactly. He can go down there on his own and find a suitable place for you all to live. As far as the renewal ceremony goes, He should let his new boss know about the time off as soon as he gets the transfer. You really shouldn't have to sacrifice youur renewal ceremony.
