So now I know why people are cautious **2nd UPDATE**
This is how last night basically went - got a faint BFP at 6dp3dt, posted a pic here, and shortly after started feeling cramps. Not bad, not like AF but definitely cramps. They continued through today until I saw some spotting. Um........did anyone else see/feel this? Could it be a little from implantation? I am on progesterone 4x per day.
Update:
Tested this morning and the line was much lighter than two days ago.  Please hang on little embryo!!!!
Second Update:
Doctor called and said that the results came back positive. 
I was so happy I didn't ask what the actual number was. Maybe thats better. (BTW - everyone on the boards always seems to know, do your offices tell you or do you have to ask). I am going for second beta on Wednesday.

I spotted and had cramps 6dp5dt and got bfp the next day. I though AF was coming but it must have been IB.

That's normal in pregnancy, but still, it's so hard to go based on the stick! Wait for the bloodwork, that' really the only way to know what's going on at this point. When is your beta?

I didn't have spotting but I had cramping the week of my beta! Hope it's just leftover from implantation! good luck!

I have read that some women get spotting from the suppositories because they irritate the cervix and can cause bleeding. I get cramps too from the progesterone suppositories, usually about an hour after putting one in, and I'm on them 3x's a day. Best of Luck and sending you and

I didn't do IVF, I did an IUI but I had really bad cramping for about 2 weeks after my BFP. It felt as though AF could come any day.

i know it is so hard but it can be so normal..
i will say i def had cramps and the supps irritaed me and i had spotting from that

my doc always gave us the numbers!
idk if this eases ur mind at all but my lines were never dark,my betas never actually doubled and i am 19 weeks with
so happy everything worked out for you

Thanks that does make me feel a little better. I feel dumb for not asking but hearing the doctor say positive was way better than seeing it on the HPT and I just didn't care at the moment. I'll ask Wednesday when I go for the second beta....that's when it counts anyway.
