So, my SIL returns from Spain...
My in-laws were never the most worldly. But, I convinced my SIL to spend a month studying abroad in Spain.
On the 4th of July, my MIL tells us she just spoke with SIL and gasp! Can you believe it?? They aren't doing anything to celebrate the 4th! Isn't that terrible?? Poor SIL, they aren't even doing fireworks or anything!
DH and I had to explain why they wouldn't be celebrating the 4th of July in Spain...
Then, like mother, like daughter, SIL just came home yesterday. She is telling us about her trip and says she met a lot of nice people. One night she was out and met a guy from Austrialia. She was impressed and told him he speaks really good English...
