So my kid HATES the bath... right!!!!!
We are talking full sobbing even after the QUICKEST shower. 15 minutes of calming down afterwards. Me holding him in my arms. May involve massage to calm him too (yes, I have the only kid on the planet who give me his feet for me to do reflexology!). He has a VERY hard time with the bath.
But yet... we have a small pool for him!
See below. Who is THIS kid????? 
He looks so grown up here!

OMG, my DS is the complete opposite. He will sit in the bath for days and splash and swim in the tub. Yet, we put him in a pool this past weekend and he wanted nothing to do with it 
p.s. he is getting so big! What a cutie!

Could the bath just be either a power stuggle thing with you and DH or maybe it has be come a matter or routine to freak out over the tub?
ETA: have you tried a sticker reward chart for each "good" bathtime? With maybe a small reward for a certain number of stickers?

I came home last night and saw DS#2 in pjs and hair wet and slicked back. I said did Dad give you a bath? Dad said - yes the pool bath!
So according to DH - a dip in the pool is equal to a bath

Welcome to my world. This has been going on for almost 4 yrs now. She LOVES the pool though...
