So I've been waiting all day... UPDATE
... for them to come fix my satellite dish. Our power went out for two hours Friday night, and when it came back on the dish wouldn't work. We scheduled an appointment for between noon and 5PM today, so I wasted my entire day waiting for them. Oh, what's that you say? It's almost 7PM and I'm still waiting? Yes, I am - they said they are running about 90 minutes late (yes, that ended 20 minutes ago) and did we still want them to come. We told them as long as they don't mind going up on our roof in the dark. I have a feeling we will be switching to some other type of service. I'm just too annoyed right now. OK - vent over.

Thanks! He keeps me smiling when these service people aggravate me.
Yes, 7:20PM and still not here. I wish Verizon FIOS was available in my area - I'd try that. Not sure what to switch to but I am getting rid of these people!

NOPE!!! And they're not coming today at all due to a mix-up. We have to wait until Tuesday afternoon!
These people have the worst service. I know my options are limited but I am going to look into my choices and switch.

I would call and complain and tell them,Thank you for wasting your day away& tell them you will be switching services.
