So it's my due date - major vent!
I am officially done! Stick a fork in me!
We had a scheduled C last week and I should be holding my baby boy right now but instead I am just waiting. Everything was all ready to go. It's driving me nuts! I have had off for a week now and my maternity leave officially starts today. I was supposed to work until the end but my work is involved and it's not like I can just go back. I had already wrapped everything up so there is no sense in it. Now I am just sitting here at home losing time with my little one as each day passes so it's hard for me to enjoy it 
I have no progress - none. I still haven't even dropped. Everyone has been calling and texting me asking what is going on and it is driving me crazy. Nothing is going on!!! Trust me people, I will let you know when I have this baby!!! And stop asking me if I am ready! I was supposed to have this baby a week ago, what do you think??
Also at my last midwife appointment they said they don't induce until 42 weeks. I can't take 2 more weeks of this, I just can't.  I have been so cranky these last couple of days and I just want it to be over with

ugh...so sorry.
BTDT- ANYTHING can happen overnite...I mean that!
I was in the same boat...nothing going on....cervix closed, belly didnt drop and doc made me make appt past due date plus a wk later cause he was SO sure I was going to be there with baby still not here.
I went 5 days early....2 days after seeing him!
I know earlier is not an option for you anymore...but anything can happen in the next few days and I wish you lots of labor vibes.

I know it's hard. Try to relax. Go for a walk and just relax because anxiety produces hormones that can delay labor.
Shut the phone off for now too!

I went form a fingertip dialated for 2 weeks to 5 centimeters dialated in less than 12 hours...hang in there!

Hang in there!! I am 1.5 cm dilated as of Thursday and was contracting all weekend and now nothing. Not a cramp, a pinch, nada!! I have 8 days left.
Try walking and all those other old wives tales. The safe ones. I ate a whole pineapple yesterday but all it did for me was give me severe heartburn.

with my DS i went to the doc at 10 am and was 1 cm dilated and by 8 am the next day i had my baby boy good luck

One of the women at the gym was due on Saturday.. she was there today on the elliptical with a vengeance!!! I asked her how she's doing and she said "I feel VERY pregnant!" and then looked down at her very big belly and said "get out!!!!"

DD was 9 days late. NOTHING was going on at my 41 week appt and my dr also would wait till 42 weeks.
I went into labor the next day.
