So, I'm thinking I may try the temping, but may I ask...
What's the point of it?
I'm probably about to begin my 8th cycle. I've done the OPKs for at least 6 of those cycles, and obviously, nothin' doing. My cycles are pretty typical: 27-30 days or so; I've gotten normally, etc.
So, in your opinion, what are the benefits of temping/charting?
Thanks!!

the benefit to temping/charting for you would be to confirm ovulation. it is possible (although unlikely) that you could have a normal cycle length AND +OPK and not actually be Oing.
the other benefit is over time you can see patterns in your temps that would let you know that O is coming soon. but you would have to have several cycles worth of data to determine that.
good luck!

All temping does is confirm ovulation, and it helps you to see if you could be pregnant - 14 days of temps well above coverline is usually a very good sign provided you have a normal LP.
In your case, I don't think it's necessary. You are definitely Oing when your OPK says you will because otherwise your AF would be delayed.
