You likely had a delayed ovulation. The OPKs only detect the LH in your system, it does not confirm O. When I was TTC our second, I would often get a + on my OPK, but then not ovulate for a few days (4-5). I knew this because I was temping.
At the time,. I was still nursing #1, so my hormones were out of whack I think.

i didnt even think of the delayed o. that would make sense...
how does one go about temping? is it hard? im thinking that i should try.
