The book is quite informative it helps me to understand my body alot more.

I actually saw a couple of books that I want-- I found this Vegetarian Prego book-- that is a month by month guide of how you should be eating... I am all over that one.
But, I'll start with the one and go from there-- I spend enough $$ at Barnes & Noble already!

I found two-- one which is the guide, and the other which is a cookbook. I think the guide is more valuable IMO.

Thanks! I actually have the second one and it's a nice cookbook but it is mostly just that. I hope we both need to purchase the first book really soon!
