So I found a
chi running on a very busy street near my house. I pulled my car in the road to stop traffic and I finally got her in my car. She had on no collar, her nails were overgrown and she had fleas. I can't tell you how mad this makes me. I brought her to the shelter and put my name on the adoption list in case no one claims her. DH won't let me keep her but my best friend has a Chi and would love another one.
Honestly, I really hope they dont' claim her. It just infuriates me to think what could have happened if I didn't catch her... oh and this was about 5 minutes before that wicked storm yesterday.
It's odd though... I have found so many dogs.... it's like they find me.
ETA: Just wanted to mention the other reason I was mad at her owners... didn't look like she was fixed.

I don't blame you, seems like the owners could care less about her in all aspects. Hope your friend can go get her!!!
