So I bought a BBT
Even though I am late in my cycle, I am going to start keeping track of my temperatures. DH feels that we should do everything we can to help us conceive, as he has some issues.
Just so I understand, I need to take my temperature as soon as I wake up? I can't pee or get out of bed?

I take my temp immediately after my alarm wakes me. Getting out of bed and moving around a lot, taking a shower, or drinking coffee will dramatically change your temp and give you an incorrect reading.
I actually only started getting useful readings when I take my temp at the same time everyday. So even on days when I can sleep in I wake at my regular time and take my temp -- then I roll over and get another half hour of sleep.

You should just buy an ovulation monitor, or ovulation sticks...

Hi ladies,
It's just nice knowing, we are all in the same boat! I am a mother of one trying to conceive again! With my first, we didn't even have to try, now this is harder than ever! I just bought the bbt and the ovulation sticks! So hopefully it will work out theis month!
I didn't know about staying in bed to take your temp??? I usually get up and do it!
