Me too. Was in bed, felt one SHARP pain. Thought i had to use the bathroom. Stood up and whoosh. Niagra falls lol

Tightening pain in my abdomen. Far apart and irregular for about 24 hours...leading up to more regular and painful and closer together. Everyone describes it as period like cramping but for me it was much different than period cramps

I had a stomach ache and within 2 or 3 hours I was having regular contractions. I was nearly 2 weeks late and hadn't had any progress or signs at all before that. That was my first, never went into labor with my second.

I keep having "sessions" of intense menstrual cramping and hardening that I'm timing every 10 minutes and then it will just stop :/ wondering if this means that the time is close? Tuesday it went on for two hours at exactly 10 minutes and today same thing.

Consistent tightening of my abdomen with no real pain. Thought they were Braxton hicks.

I keep having this horrible tightening and mild menstrual cramping. I'm hoping it's something. I keep thinking it's Braxton hicks but who knows. I'm so ready at this point. We have to keep each other updated on here because I'm having the same type of weird pressure and cramping.
Eta: mine keeps going away too! Nothing consistent. It's so frustrating! I don't know what's up?

I'm in the same boat! And it's been happening around the same time for the last 2 days along with lower back pain. I really wish that DS would make his appearance before Monday - I have to go back to work and am so nervous about going into labor in front of my students and scaring them! lol

I was hoping to go into labor before DH went back to work but nope! Nothing! And he's back today. I DTD last night and afterwards was so crampy that I thought it did the trick but NOPE :/ I was even getting the bottom pressure. Hoping this means that we are all going in soon! Finishing packing my bag tonight :)

I had no real symptoms till the day I went into labor. The day before I had my son the dr checked me and I was 2 cm and I'm pretty sure he stripped my membranes and told me to come back in two days bc he was pretty sure it was the start of it. I went to work the next day and taught two periods. During the next period which I was off I started feeling cramps like I was getting my period along with tightening and a backache that would last about a minute and came every 10 min then they started coming every 5 min. After an hour I went to the dr and they said that the doctor that checked me yesterday was at the hospital and he wanted to check me himself. Sure enough I was 3 cm and in active labor. So really the only symptom was that tightening and period like cramps. Once they start coming every 5 minutes for at least an hour than it's prob real labor!

Just had another tightening. It's crazy how tight it feels!!! I wish I knew when it's going to be. I'm working tomorrow so I'm hoping it doesn't start until the weekend, if it does. I would love to go Saturday! Perfect!

Same here! Just had a few pretty intense contractions walking my dog. Imagine if we all go around the same time lol
Edited to say that it keeps making me feel like I have to go #2. Any link to that?

This is what my OB told me yesterday. He said every 5 minutes and painful tightening is a big indicator.

that would be awesome!!! It's definitely possible and it sounds like we are all kind of experiencing the same thing. And I have had some gas pains along with the cramping! So it very well could be. Tmi but I've been feeling very gassy lately. It's weird

About the #2 thing, they say your body gets rid of as much as it can before labor! When I was in the hospital I had (sorry tmi) diarrhea a few times then it went away

So if they are staying 10 minutes apart, I shouldn't go to L&D right? DS is asleep in his bed and I dont to wake him for a false alarm. They can stay like this for a while?

It depend how long have you had them? I had contractions ranging from every 10-25 minutes for about 11 hours when we called my doctor and he said to go in because he wanted to check my DS heart rate since I has been contracting for so long. I would call your doctor to see

My only sign that morning was feeling "off" and having minor spotting. I called my OB and she told me to come in and get checked out b/c I wasn't feeling any contractions. I was home alone so drove myself in (to Manhattan!) and started having contractions just before the Midtown Tunnel! When I got to the OB I was 4 cm.
