So frustrated!!!!!
I'm sorry I just need to vent
We are selling our co op and our buyer just fell through again!!!!! This is the 3rd deal to fall through~
The first was a big mess with co op board..long story that gets my blood boiling just even thinking about it.
The second we accept a guys offer and the next day he decides he doesn't want to buy a co op anymore.
and today our 3rd one...our buyer was going into sign the contract today and decided he wanted to save more money!
Why do we have such bad luck!!
Everyone told me buying a co op was such a "smart decision" and it turns out to be the worst decision of my life.
I know things could be alot worse and I am thankful for what we do have but please I need to sell this damn thing and move on with my life!

The buyers who decided that they really didn't want to buy would annoy me. I'm sorry it's been so tough.

That's very frustrating - I'm sorry!
We're in process of selling our co-op, and during the process, there's been some times where I've questioned why we ever got into a co-op because it is a lengthy process to not only purchase but sell.
Our first buyer decided to walk because the appraisal didn't come in what it was suppose to be a few thousand, and even though we were flexible to make it happen, they weren't. So there goes a waste of 3 months.
Hang in there - the right buyer will come and it will all work out.

Just putting this out there, but if you are in Nassau County, your co-op accepts dogs, and it's at least 2 bedrooms, we'd gladly rent it for the next 2.5 years 
Totally out of left field, but our house search has become desperate!
