So, for those of you that made New Years resolutions...
how is it going? My resolution was to lose 15-20 lbs before spring (April/May). So far, I'm down about 4 lbs in 3 weeks. Not too bad...plus, it includes being sick with the flu where I really didn't watch what I ate or drank at all!
Just wanted to check in and see how the rest of you are doing! I'm hoping I can continue to stay motivated...it's getting harder and harder...

Mine was a mini resolution bc it was to lose 6 lbs by Feb 15 (when i go on my trip) and so far im down about 4

I wanted to lose 10 pounds by Valentine's day. So far I have lost 2.4. I doubt I will get to my goal but that was a little high to begin with. I'll be happy with 6-8.
