 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough Don't worry too much about it! I didn't find out I was PG til I was 6 weeks along!
U'r body will tell you what/when to eat once it gets on track.

The thing that I found best was to get a travel cup - u know the ones with the straw in it - and just keep it by the bed or wherever it is that you are laying down napping. That way whenever you get up or even if you roll.... u can take a good sip!

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough Don't worry. Just try to stay hydrated. Baby is so tiny at this point, it's caloric needs are NOT great at all. So try to eat only what you can and focus on fluids.
And get on Zofran- it SAVED me!

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough I had morning, (noon, and night) sickness for four months.. I lost 15lbs and had to be admitted for IV fluids for dehydration. Don't swet it!! I still had a bouncing 8lb 14oz baby boy. The doctors said that worst case scenerios women lost 24 lbs and still had a 10 lb baby. The baby will take what it needs and you of course will suffer. It's the beginning of a life long relationship and you will love every minute of it. |

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough I was just really tired...which went away but then came back toward the beginning of the third trimester. I was incredibly lucky and had no morning sickness (well I kinda did at the end but that was another complication in which I had to have the baby shortly thereafter).Soon you'll be feeling better. I heard it has to do with the hormone fluctuations.

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough Yes, for the first trimester I was exhausted all the time. I would fall asleep at my desk around 3pm in the afternoon! I was in bed around 7 or 8pm most nights.
You definetely get more energy during the 2nd. I didn't get sleepy in the afternoons anymore and I could stay up until like 9 or 10pm.

Now in the 3rd, I feel generally tired, but not too bad. On the weekends I can make it to midnight!

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough First SEVERAL months were difficutlt for me too! All I wanted to do was sleep and all food repulsed me. Try to drink a lot of juice and water! Sleep as much as you can, you and the baby need it. You WILL get your energy back later on! |

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough It's only the last week that I can stay up past 9:30 p.m. and actually wake up on my own again...I spent the whole first trimester yawning and wanting to go to sleep. |

 | Re: So exhausted fear im not eating and drinking enough Just make sure you have enough water going through your system. If the only thing you eat is small, make it good |
