So did I imagine everything?
Now that AF has arrived and I know I am out for this month I think I either have a very overactive imagination OR my body was screwing with my mind
Seriously I never have side effects before AF arrives except for some bloating and a little crankiness. This month I had really bad cramping, pains in my lower back and in my lower right side for days, spots!, really bad tiredness etc etc and AF still arrived.
Why would my AF be diffrent this month than last?

Re: So did I imagine everything?
I don't think you imagined the symptoms. It's possible you were more aware of your body this time around and maybe felt things you have never felt before. Stress and worrying also affect your body, especially af, maybe that has something to do with it as well. HTH

Re: So did I imagine everything?
it's likely different because you were paying more attention this month than ever before.
Our bodies do play tricks on our mind, every month.
We have ALL been there...you are NOT ALONE!!!

Re: So did I imagine everything?
It happens to the best of us!
When we're TTC, we start paying very close attention to everything going on in our bodies. We're in tune to every bit of CM, every twinge, every cramp, etc. and sometimes it will make us think we are pregnant even when we aren't.
It's important to keep in mind that pregnancy symptoms and AF symptoms are often indistinguishable!
I only try to look at symptoms that can't be attridbuted to anything else.

Re: So did I imagine everything?
Thanks Ladies...it really sucks as I am now really, really cramping from AF which I never get. Maybe my body is reacting to too much BD'ng last month...well it better get used to it as my DH wants to BD every day this coming cycle.
I HATE AF
to the rest of you who are still in the game for this cycle.

Re: So did I imagine everything?
Nope- I have been off BCP for nearly 4 years. My cycles are weird but average about 33 days but I have never had pains like this before and I was woken up last week with pains so definitely didnt imagine that.
