So confused...(long)

Hi all - I'm new to the boards and am hoping that someone can shed some light on my situation. I've been going to LI IVF to ttc our 3rd child (we had a successful pregnancy w/ them in 2005-2006 resulting in b/g twins).

My fertility issue is Adrenal Hyperplasia and PCOS and basically, I have to take Provera to bring on a period and i don't ovulate on my own. I went to have my bloodwork done last week to start BC for the cycle. MUCH to my surprise, the nurse said that I didn't need to take provera, b/c I had ovulated!! Preg test (blood) was neg. and last period was 8/13 (brought on by Provera). They said I should get a period on my own, but to come back in 2 weeks if I didn't and they would redo the bloods.

My question is, what are the chances that I could be preg? I've had weird stretching sensations in my stomach as well as slight nausea. My appetite has totally changed and I've had def cravings. I'm wondering though, if it's all in my head or wishful thinking??

Any thoughts and input would be welcomed and appreciated! THANKS!!!

When did you get the bloodwork done?

Did they know when you ovulated?

I got the bloodwork done on 9/12 - they said they didn't know when the ovulation occurred. Can they even tell that?

I am actually going to go back this Friday to get another blood test done, if I don't get AF by tomorrow.

I'm sure the likelihood of my being pg are slim to none, but stranger things have happened, I suppose.
