so confused about schedules

Hi ladies,

Is there anyone who can take pity on my lack of TTC info and help me sort out my AF schedule?

Pre-BCP- AF was literally every 30 days! to the minute!
Went on BCP for about 6 years.
My last pill was on April 5
Got 1st period off the pill April 10 (pretty much on time)
2nd period on May 6
3rd period on May 29

I have NO CLUE when I should be expecting AF again... I know my timing will take time to regulate

BUT

since last saturday my breasts have been incredibly sore and tender, more discharge than usual last week and I have had AF type cramping since Monday but with no AF (have never had this happen before and its sucking cause I'm so weak about cramps!)
I'm also dead tired but that could be b/c I've been running around like crazy the past week.

I'm not presuming I'm PG- I really dont think so since DH and I arent really trying by timing BD'ing but since I know nothin about how to figure this all out, I think I'm stressing and that could be holding up AF too.
