so confused about my beta....
I am so confused and stressed. Thursday, it was 50. Saturday, it was 97. The RE wanted me to come in today to make sure I was doing okay.... and I'm in the low 80s. I go back Wednesday. The RE said not to give up hope, and that sometimes it will dip a little and then increase significantly... also my progesterone increases, so that is a good sign.
Has this happened to anyone???

sounds bad... too much negative information out there on the internet.... I just want to go to sleep and wake up on Wednesday morning.

i hope your beta rises!!!
mine went only from 42 to 46 in 2 days, then went down to 41 the next day. i go in for another one tomorrow, but it def doesnt look like my pregnancy is viable  .

Thanks, ladies. I called this morning for clarification, and got a much more realistic picture. I go in tomorrow to see if it is a ectopic.. but either way, it does not look good. Thanks for the positive thoughts, though.

Thanks, everyone. My numbers continued to go down, so now it's just a waiting game to start again. We used our last frosties, so onto another fresh IVF cycle for me. Not fun -- but it's what I have to do. At least, the doc does not think it is ectopic.
Can anyone tell me what I am in for in the next few days? I stopped all meds (estrogen pills, patches, and PIO injections) yesterday at 15dp5dt. I go back in next Wednesday for more blood work. I have no cramping or bleeding.... yet. Any advice?

soo sorry. im in the same boat - BFP on 5/15, first beta on 5/17 14DPO was 42, beta 2 days later on 5/19 16DPO was only 46, started to drop on 5/20 17DPO to 41. stopped all meds on 5/20. as of two days ago (5/25 22DPO) it went down to 0 and i got AF yesterday. its an extremely heavy flow - the heaviest ive ever had. slight cramping but nothing too painful. depression prior to AF arriving, and it lingered a bit into the last two days..
RE said that they always continue to track the beta numbers until they go down to 0. if at any point they start to rise again it could be ectopic.

Thanks, everyone. What a crazy and emotional weekend. I go in tomorrow morning to see if my hcg is down to 0. Hopefully, the bleeding is over and I am on my way to a new cycle.
