So confused
OK, so if AF started late last night (like 10pm) do I count that as today or yesterday?

i would count last night as cd 1
mine started kinda light this morning now its moving to medium im sure by tonight it will be HEAVY

Thanks. I wasn't sure and I downloaded a new app on my phone but it's not as good as my old one which was only on android.
