So confused ??

So as an irregular O'r 46-49 day cycles I'm confused today is CD18 and the last 3 days I have had breast tenderness I had O pain for one day. Now why is it that I don't get AF till 30 days later? and When should we ? DH and I have every other day since 05/18 but I dont know if because of these symptoms should be start everyday or wait I just dont know

Are you using OPKs or temping? Are you having fertile CM? I would start everyday if the signs that you are tracking are indicating that you are Oing. If you are temping you will be able to see if you Oed or not by a shift in the temperature. If you are tracking CM, it should dry up after Oing. It is certainly possible that you are going to O earlier in your cycle this month, which means you wouldn't have as long of a cycle. The longest an LP is going to be without being pregnant or being on meds is usually 16 days.
