So CBEFM girls
quick question so say you get AF Tuesday afternoon, full force that is considered CD1, but on the CBEFM Wednesday would be CD 1, right? Or do you make Wednesday CD 2? I never know what CD I really am. Thanks!!

Wedn would be considered CD1 for the CBEFM.
I always start the CBEFM on CD1 the day after I get AF. I usually get it in the middle of the day or at night the day before.

I might be doing it wrong but I set it the next day to CD2 because that's what its considered for everything else. I'm not sure that it makes a big difference. It just might have you start testing a day earlier.

If you get full Flow then Wed would be set for CD2. That is what it says to do in the instructions.
My window is 6am-10am, so if I get it in the afternoon or evening I have to set it the next day.
