So Anxious!
Okay, here I am at CD56, no AF other than some sparatic spotting here and there over the past couple of weeks, and only on the tissue when I wipe.
I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow.
#1 - I'm beyond terrified of doctors #2 - I KNOW she's going to take blood from me... which brings me back to #1 #3 - I'm afraid of what results could come back from blood work #4 - I'M BEYOND TERRIFIED OF DOCTORS!
My heart is pounding like crazy from the anxiety, and my appointment is even until tomorrow night!
I just needs some hugs...

Re: So Anxious!
oh, please don't be terrified of doctors, it makes me so sad to hear that... we're not so bad...
you can do it - the bloodwork will only take a few seconds. maybe telling your doctor about your anxiety will make you feel better and will give her/him a chance to support you?

Please don't take it personally! (my sister is a doctor too, but I'm not afraid of her! LOL) I had a really bad experience when I was a little girl and it's just stuck with me my entire life!
My dr. is aware of my anxiety, she always thought I was full of sh!t, until the day I passed out on the exam table in the middle of my PAP Since then, she's been much more compassionate

oh...ok... i guess i am also a little oversensitive...
is there anything you could take before you get on the table so you don't pass out? maybe you can get the ob to give you some xanax while you're in the waiting room
