So after my post yesterday about refusal to nap..
I tried what you all said. Saw her exhausted after playing outside in the snow. Gave her lunch. Her eye was blnking (her usual sign she is tired).
I put her in her crib. She screamed. She cried. She fell asleep standing up for 2 secs. And then she stood there for 1.5 hrs wide awake.
.
I finally gave up and took her out b/c the only one falling asleep was me.  I will try again tomorrow.

I think the snow has two effects on them, either wipes them out - or they get overtired! I was syre Ty would nap today after playing in the snow but he didn't! Keep at the same routine tomorrow, she will fall asleep

I agree...DD went out in the snow for literally not even 10 minutes and was out like a light...some days after school for two hours she's so wired she refuses to nap...there is no rhyme or reason to these creatures
