Snoogle users- hips hurt?
I just got my snoogle pillow and I'm not sure I'm using it right - my hips still hurt. Should the pillow be under my hips?

this is an excellent question! ive had my snoogle for about a month now and i have no clue if im using it right! its very comfy but i still get sore hips and need to keep turning. what am i doing wrong?

I know most people love the snoogle, but I tried mine for over a week and couldn't get comfy with it. I would wake up more sore then before. I also couldn't deal with a big extra pillow in my bedroom, on my bed etc. It was messy looking and drove me crazy!!! Now I just use two pillows on each side (one of them is a very small pillow) and sleep pretty good

I had hip pain before the snoogle but, none since.
I put it behind me, the bottom between my legs and then lie on the top part.
I also prop it on a pillow since I've been stuffy.

I've always had severe hip pain- ever since I was 18... Nothing has helped me yet, although sleeping with the pillow between my legs have alleviated it somewhat.. its awful! Good luck

When i lay on my right i do get hip pain or sciatica. I think its from leaning on it bc thats my "bad side". I have always been a stomach sleeper so i dont think my hips are used to all that weight on them

I got no use from the snoogle at all. I used a bunch of pillow instead, placed in strategic areas. It worked much better IMO.

I prefer to sleep on my right side so the snogle is usually behind me and I sort of position a part of my back on the pillow so I'm not 100 percent on my side...and I'm not directly putting all my weight on my hips. OR I place the snoogle in front of me and I wrap my top leg around it and sort of lay on my side and sort of on my stomach and its perfect as well. I have no idea if any of this makes sense!!!!!

God I hated this thing when I was pregnant. I would sleep one way with it my hips would hurt I would sleep the other way my back would hurt. Shockingly I would wake up and DH had it and slept well with it. Hahahahaha He still uses it our son is 21 months

This is what I do also. I haven't had any soreness at all.

I don't have the Snoogle but I bought the "Comfort-U" pillow (it even comes in petite) and it made sleeping so much better..I had a ton of hip pain in the beginning. I still get it somewhat and have to turn a few times during the night but not nearly as much as I used to.
