Snoogle for hip pain??
So I'm starting to get hip and knee pain from sleeping on my side everything. I was thinking about a snoogle to help align my hips. Anyone have a similar experience?

I just use a regular pillow between by legs. I never tried the snoogle so I can't comment on it, but by the looks of it anyway, it looks like it would be harder to change positions andI toss and turn all night from left to right.

Snoogle for hip pain??
Yes!!! I was experiencing the hip and knee pain too from sleeping on my side. The snoogle is GREAT but it takes up so much of the bed (we have a king) and DH is a TERRIBLE sleeper that I felt bad. I used it for a week because I also was tossing and turning and getting up in the middle of the night was not easy. So I ended up just taking one of the decorative pillows from our bedding set and putting that between my knees. Helps the same and made life a lot easier!

Yes it helps, I have been dealing with this right now. Sometimes I switch from the snoogle to just a pillow between my legs because the snoogle sometimes annoys me in the middle of the night. I slept with a pillow between my legs last night and my hips didn't hurt like they did the night before when I didn't have anything.

I looove my snoogle! I sleep so much better with it. I also find that seeing my chiropractor every week helps so much with my hip pain and sciatica. She specializes in seeing pregnancy patients. I always feel great after the treatment.
