Sneaking veggies-give me some advice please!
He used to love his veggies and hate fruit. Now all he eats is fruit. He literally picks veggies out and throws them. The only shot we have is still giving him baby food.
Can I mix baby carrots onto mac and cheese? He likes the Alexia chicken nuggets with broccoli in them, but those can get expensive.
Things he likes (Just like most kids) Chicken nuggets Mac and cheese all kinds of bread and bagels
I know about the cookbook 'deceptively delicious'. Is it worth getting if he only eats a few kind of foods now?
I need some ideas please to sneak him veggies! TIA!!!!!

Does he like cream cheese? You cansneak in some veggies there. You can definitely add carrot pueree to mac n cheese and although the flavor may be slightly different, the color will remain the same.
ETA- and what about omelets? DS won't eat eggs all of a sudden, but I used to put peas and carrots in there.

What about garden or veggie burgers? Peas in mac and cheese wouldn't taste so bad, or peas with pasta.

He doesn't like burgers. I swear if it weren't for all the hanging belly skin, I don't believe he is my child.
He pulls the peas out of any dish, including pasta. I need purees.

v8 splash!!!!!! I didn't even think of this!
Veggies in eggs is brilliant too. I make mine with green peppers and he always eats them, but if the pepper is too big, he pulls it right out of his mouth.

I'll puree up some extra veggie like spinach or broccoli and add it to pasta sauce.
Sweet potatoes pureed up mixes in well with mac n cheese.
You can puree cauliflower and it tastes like mashed potatoes.
