snacks between meals
Does anyone not give snacks between meals? I find that if I don't John will eat better 3 meals a day plus he gets 3 bottles a day still. AM, mid-afternoon- and PM.

I give snacks, mostly because he asks for them. But he's a pretty good eater. Steven only gets milk with his breakfast and a bottle (sometimes 2) at bedtime.

We don't much anymore. My DD was not eating her 3 meals a day so the ped told me to cut out the snacks b/c it curbs her appetite later. She is still a picky eater but it's a little better.
