Re: smoothies....
lately I've been mixing strawberries, a banana, some skim milk and ice...if I want it to be more filling I'll switch the skim milk and put in yogurt

Re: smoothies....
In the frozen fruit area of the grocery store they sell a frozen mixture to make your own smoothies. Yoplait makes it. You just add skim milk.

Re: smoothies....
I make these all the time...
4oz of yogurt. I use LF Greek. a handful of frozen blueberries and a few strawberries or 1/2 peach or a small banana and 3/4 cup of milk (any type)
You can add ice too if you like them frozen.

Re: smoothies....
I don't use any milk or yogurt in my smoothies.
I make them this way:
-Frozen Strawberries, Raspberries and Pineapple -One fresh Banana -Orange/Pinapple Juice
I throw it all in a blender. I don't add any ice because the frozen fruits acts as ice.
Sometimes I will add in some protein powder.

Re: smoothies....
Stoneyfield FF Vanilla Yogurt 1-1/2 cups ICe Cubes Fruit of your choice (my favorite is pineapple, followed by Orange & Pineapple mixed)
Blend Fruit and yogurt first, add ice (1/2 cup at a time), add more as needed. Use Skim milk to thin it out.
Or Stoneyfield FF Vanilla Yogurt and just Frozen Fruit - no extra ice cubes needed.
I make them all the time for playdates Mommy's and kiddies love them.
