i have used vanilla ice cream... or just milk or just a whole bunch of ice and fruit...

I use vanilla flavored rice milk, coconut milk (which is safe for milk allergy) and frozen fruit.

We usually just throw fruit in a blender with some juice. Anything goes!

yup, i do the same, i just add ice, i like the texture better with the ice.

I've just been using frozen peaches, frozen blueberries and OJ. Today I'm adding some pomegranate juice.
