I actually did not go to work today.
I am not sure if you remember but I had some "back door" issues in my 2nd trimester and I had to see a surgeon. One of the main reason for the c-section... no pushing!!!!
Well... I could not believe it. It "came back" last night. I am miserable in pain. I can't do anything about it because the c-section is tomorrow. I have been in bed all day (can't sit, can't walk..). A FUN DAY! Instead of enjoying it, resting at home, I am in pain. I am so upset, it was a risk it would come back at anytime during the pregnancy... but 1 DAY BEFORE... COME ON!!
I managed to drive to Winthrop for the pre op testing this morning.
Anyway, now I have to see with Winthrop if they can bring a surgeon and "fix" me at the same time of the c-section. I hope so... otherwise it's WEEKS of misery in addition to the c-section.
Other than that... yes, I am excited to see my little one. He will be the highlight of all this suffering. I am already in love with him!!!

i am so sorry you have to go through that too!! I am sure all will go well tomorrow and like you said once you hold that baby, nothing else is going to matter

having a tough time with breastfeeding but hopefully it will get better... I could complain for hours but I wont because I wouldnt change a thing! he is so worth it! and David is just precious and we love him to pieces... I cannot wait for all you girls to be mommies already

Oh my god - I can't believe it came back now. That completely sux. Hopefully they will have someone to take care of it for you tomorrow.
What time do you go in? Is Dr. Dolisi performing the C because I know Dr. H is off all weekend.
