Re: Slow Cooked Spare Ribs?
DH just slathers a spice rub on ribs and throws them in a crockpot (on low) for 8 hours. They are fall-off-the-bone delicious, and I'm not really a meat-eater!

Re: Slow Cooked Spare Ribs?
I just made these last week for the first time. So delish!!
I make my own BBQ sauce Ketchup (almost half the bottle, depending on how many ribs) very little worstcheshire sauce Very little vinegar Good amount of brown sugar
I eyeball everything. Bring it all to a boil, mixing alot.
Pour the sauce over the ribs and cook for 8 hours.

I like them in the crock-pot with saurkraut or cabbage and apples with a bit of cinnamon.
