Slim Jeans for Toddlers?
My boys can only wear slim or skinny jeans because their bones.
I can get them from Old Navy, Children's Place, and I find them sometimes in Target.

H&M. My DS is the skinniest kid going and I only get jeans from there. Skinny jeans from others stores are still too big.
