Sleeping question about 4 month old

1. What is/did your 4 month old sleep in? (Attire wise)
2. Does your 4 month old DC move a lot in their sleep? If so, does it seem to bother them?

since transitioning DD to the sleep sac she wakes herself up and seems to have a hard time getting comfortable. She will roll and turn and once and a while cry until she either finds a comfortable spot or falls asleep. I find myself checking constantly as a result.

We just had ds in a undershirt and feety Jammie's.

Never a sleep sack or swaddle.

Cotton pjs and fleece sleep sack. Mine moved a lot. I was up and down all the time checking them because they couldn't roll on their own much and would sleep with their faces in the mattress. I couldn't always see them on the monitor.

Cotton or fleece footsie pjs. No sack. She thrashes around, rolls on her side, stomach, back. She literally rotates 360 degrees. She's wild!

Footsie pj's and halo sleep sack swaddle. Then I put a little fleece blanket over her. She still sleeps in the bassinet next to my side of the bed. She fusses every once in awhile, but usually sleeps through the night.
