When did you stop using a sleep sack? Ds is 1 & seems uncomfortable in it lately. Not sure if he needs the next size up or just doesn't want to wear it anymore. Just wondering what everyone else did.

We stopped when DS was 7months or so and he used a blanket, this was also at the time it was getting warmer out. But he does not keep his blanket on so I'm thinking of getting another one in like 3T for this winter, the one with the foot holes.

Re: sleep sack
We are still using it now at 14 months. DD still likes it and she walks around just fine in her crib.

This. We stopped when it started to get warmer out. I put an aden + anais blanket on DD, but she moves so much it never stays on her for more than 30 minutes. So I was also thinking of buying the feet hole sleep sacks to use for the cooler weather.

We stopped at 20months when we transfer DS to a twin bed and got him a Comforter set. Before that we used the sleep sack with foot openings.

Thanks for the responses! Do they sell the foot hole ones in a store or just online?

Re: sleep sack
We still use it at 15 months and will probably be going up a size for the winter. He seems to love it and I like that it stays on as opposed to a regular blanket.

Same! My DS turns two in October too! I actually bought winter ones yesterday...without the feet, BRU didn't have the one with the foot holes in the store. My parents think I'm nuts but too bad, my son is warm and bonus--he can't climb out of the crib which he totally would otherwise!

DD is still in it at 18m. Around 16 mos I put her size XL, and now she's got plenty of room & comfortable.
