Sleep positions...
At what point can you no longer sleep on your stomach? I am 4 months, I'm not showing really, is it still safe to sleep on my belly?
Also when they say laying flat on your back is dangerous, does this mean I can't lay on my back with my knees bent, like watching tv or reading a book?
Right now all I can think about is my bed and my pj's

Re: Sleep positions...
typically - your body will tell you when it's NOT okay...
the danger of laying on your back is to YOU, not the baby...you are potentially cutting off an artery to the heart. again - this is something your body will usually let you know is a problem...(a friend of mine would wake up gasping for air)...
i lay on my back all the time on the couch when watching TV and have never had an issue - and from time to time - i will wake up on my back...
