sleep help PLEASE
The last week or so my son keeps rolling onto his stomach in his crib at night. (he is 7 months) He plays a bit and then cries because he can't or won't get back onto his back.
I go in there, roll him back over stick paci in and 15 minutes later do it all over again. My son now wakes 15-20 times a night doing this! We are all exhausted
I've tried swaddling or not, doesn't make a difference. Mobile on, sound machine on still rolls on stomach and is confused and cries
any help appreciated!!!

sleep help PLEASE
The rolling part I wouldn't put him back. He will figure it out or learn to sleep on the stomach. Its safe once they do it themselves.
I never had the paci so I can't help there. but I know people put a bunch of pacis in the crib so they will find one of them.

Re: sleep help PLEASE
i think its a phase - the same thing happened to our DS around 5 months when he started rolling.
we left him and after about a week he got it and sleeps on his belly now...or just rolls himself back over. it was a long week of him waking and crying but after a night or so of flipping him over i realized we had no choice but to let him figure it out on his own. we had him spend a lot of time on his tummy during the day so he was able to get used to rolling around

Re: sleep help PLEASE
DS did this around 5 1/2 months, 2 days later he slept through the night for the first time on his stomach, lost the swaddle and never looked back. He is a tummy sleeper for sure. Hope that is it for you~!

That is a personal decision. We did CIO with my son but I know others posters soothe. Do whatever works for you.
