Since I can't sleep, I'll share Ava's theory on how you get pregnant.
So, Ava apparently has pregnancy all figured out. What you do, according to her, is eat and drink a lot until your belly is really big, and then that means you have a baby in there. When I asked her after dinner if she had a baby in HER belly, she promptly informed me that hers was just a "food baby" and that really she put the baby in my belly  Oh how interesting it is to have a 3 year old!
