A little sleep update with Ava.......
So, I decided that I had to just go back to the old staple of CIO tonight. I thought tonight would be a good night because even though JT's working, my girlfriends were over for dinner and the evening, and they supported me completely. So we did our bedtime routine and I had been telling her all day that tonight she could cry if she needed to, but that I would not be staying with her because she needed her sleep. Well, sure enough, we read our books and as soon as I kissed her goodnight, the screaming began. Horrible, terrifying screams. But thank god for my friends for being my rocks because they kept telling me to stay strong. And I did, and 45 minutes later, she was out cold. So thank you to everyone who helped me out. I really appreciate it the support more than you know Hopefully we'll be back on the right track now.

So glad to hear your friends were there for you! I know my DH has a tendency of backing down but at the same time I would totally need the strength of someone to help me through it.
Although today's 45 minutes were probably some of the longest minutes of your life I promise she will wake up with a smile in the morning.
I hope this is the beginning of the end for Ava's sleep problems!
