Silly Temping Question
I really only pay attention to my post ovulation temps because my pre temps never show I ovulate and I know exactly which day this cycle I ovulated thanks to my hcg trigger. But how do you determine what your coverline temp is? I never quite understood.

Re: Silly Temping Question
you would need to know your pre-o temps to determine your coverline. basically, your coverline is drawn about .1-.2 degrees above your highest of the 6 temps leading up to ovulation. once you ovulate, your temp will spike above the coverline.
