Silly question about your Due Date...
According to the date of my last period, my Due Date is March 26th.
When I had my 8 week sono, I measured 3 days ahead. Of course they said that the sono is an estimate, and I know that they can be slightly off.
I did explain to them, however, that I am positive that we concieved on a Friday and not the Monday that they calculate my weeks by. That would put me 3 days ahead of things if it was a Friday instead of a Monday.
But my doc kept my due date as the 26th, instead of moving it to the 23rd, since he likes to go by the last period best.
I still consider myself 16 weeks, TODAY, since iti s a friday and I know I concieved on a Friday. Doc will consider me 16 weeks on Monday.
DO I bring it up again, or let it slide? Most likely I'm having a c-section on the 20th of March anyway, since I had a c-section with my first pregnancy, so either way I'll have the baby a few days early.

As far as I understand, 3 days is inconsequential in terms of an EDD. I would let it slide. Based on my first sonogram I was actually 3 days further ahead than the date based on my LMP-my doctor also said he prefers to go by LMP. I let him do his thing!

Just because the boys were dropped off on Friday doesn't mean they got to their destination right away. They may have had to sit in traffic and didn't get their until Monday.
In the scheme of things though, the few days isn't all that much.

I was told that the only time they will change your due date is if it is off by a week or more. Otherwis they go by your LMP. Your due date is more of an estimate then anything so I wouldn't pay too much attention to it.

my dr never changed my due date, whether i was measuring a little ahead or behind. it's really only an estimate and some doctors just don't bother to keep adjusting.

Same here.
My Dr uses a +/- 5 day rule. I think my EDD is 2-3 days earlier as well but, it's staying at 3/30.

I know *exactly* when we conceived b/c we did IVF, but the Drs. still use their EDD based on growth... I say it should be 11/24, they say 11/19.
Oh well. In the scheme of things, a few days here or there doesn't really matter anyway.
