Silly question about OPKs

So this cycle will be the first time I am going to use OPK's. I bought the cheapie strips from amazon to use up until I get close to when I think I am going to O...and the to make sure I am getting a positive O.

The cheapies are strips that it says to dip into urine...so my question is.

What do you use to catch your urine to dip the strip into?


Also how many times a day do you girls test? And what times are best to test?

I used to use the little dixie cups that come in a pack of like 100 for about $3 and I would test in the morning and in the afternoon.

You should test around 2pm. The only opk that you can use fmu are the clear blue ones.

when i first started using them, i would test after work (about 6pm)...but for me, they work with FMU and i find that much easier then trying to hold my urine for 3 hours etc. so now that is when i use them, although when its about the time i expect to O, i use them twice a day...fmu and around 6pm

I use the medicine cup that comes with liqiud cough medicine and just rinse it with water (i obviously do NOT use if for medicine!)
