silly question
OK, so I know you should hold your pee for 4 hours, but does that mean not go for 4 hours or wait til you have to go and then hold it for 4 hours???
sorry for the silly question.

it means try to wait 4 hours between the last time you pee'd to when you POAS.
you don't have to wait until you have to pee, then hold it for another 4 hours.. that's torture!
