Silly Question
I am trying to figure out how many days in between my cycle. In Dec I got my period on the 16th and now Jan I got it on the 19th. Does that mean it was 33 days in between cycles? OR 34 Days? Do I count the day of my periods. Trying to figure out when I am going to O. I just ordered some preseed hopefully it works this coming month. Thanks girls.

the first day of full flow is CD 1. if you're seeing how many days the cycle was, the CD # of the day before your next CD 1 is how many days your cycle is.

Count the first day of your period - Dec 16th - as part of this cycle, but count the first day of your January period as day one of your next cycle.
