siding - which brands are good?
We are getting new siding and the contractor recommended "crane". The style was "market square".
It looks nice and it seems sturdy, but does anyone know anything about siding? Is this a good brand? How would I find out?

My husband is a contractor and I know he usually uses CertainTeed. (the samples are usually all over the house!!  )
I've never heard of Crane, but I could ask him tonight when we get home from work if you'd like.
